Melissa Garcia-Lacaze
Dr. Melissa Garcia-Lacaze earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University in 1998. She then completed a one-year internship in emergency and critical care, followed by a three-year residency at the Animal Emergency Center in Glendale, Wisconsin.
Dr. Garcia-Lacaze joined Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in 2002 and achieved board certification by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (ACVECC) in 2003.
She shares her life with her mixed-breed dog, Mungo, and two cats, Nimo and Diamond.
